Apply on the website, wait for our "approved" message, then say hi from the same WhatsApp number.

  1. 1Fill the form at hisabkitab.pro/pilot with your business name, PAN/VAT number and WhatsApp number.
  2. 2We review it by hand. You get a WhatsApp message when you are approved.
  3. 3Send any message FROM THAT SAME NUMBER. That message links your number to your business.
  4. 4You get a welcome message and a 14 day free trial. Start with one real sale or one bill photo.

Saying yes, and changing a draft

Like you’re five

A plain "yes" saves. If anything is wrong, say what to change. "Yes but…" is not a yes.

Get a PDF report

Like you’re five

Say which report and which month. A fresh PDF is checked line by line before it is sent.

VAT filing: you file, I keep the record

Like you’re five

I prepare the numbers. YOU file on the IRD portal. Then tell me "I filed it" and I save when you said so.

  1. 1Ask: "Bhadra ko VAT kati?" and check the working PDF.
  2. 2File the return yourself on the IRD portal. I never log in and never file for you.
  3. 3Tell me in your own words: "Maile Bhadra ko VAT IRD ma file gare".
  4. 4Any time later: "Where is my filing saved? PDF ma dekhau" gives you the filing acknowledgement PDF.

Change your mind: Stop

Like you’re five

Say "stop" and the request you were waiting for is cancelled, PDF included.

Never send passwords or OTPs

Like you’re five

Your IRD, bank and Khalti logins are secrets. Never type them here. I refuse them anyway.

Why: WhatsApp is not a safe place for secrets, and HisabKitab never logs into any portal for you.

Do

  • ✓One thing per message: one sale, one bill, one question.
  • ✓Say the month by name: "Bhadra", "Ashwin 2083".
  • ✓Reply a clean "yes" (or tap ✅) only when the draft is right.
  • ✓Send clear, whole bill photos in good light.
  • ✓Say "stop" if you change your mind mid-request.
  • ✓Tell me when YOU filed on IRD so your record is complete.

Don’t

  • ✗Never send passwords, OTPs, PINs or card numbers.
  • ✗Don’t expect HisabKitab to file with IRD. You file; it keeps the record.
  • ✗Don’t say "yes but…": say the change first, then yes.
  • ✗Don’t send two amounts and hope I pick one.
  • ✗Voice notes and videos are not read yet. Type it or send a photo.
  • ✗Don’t forward bills from other businesses into your chat.

Questions people ask

Is anything saved without my yes?+

No. Every entry is a draft until you, or your accountant, says yes. A yes is checked on our server and expires after 30 minutes.

Can a number in a reply be made up?+

Every figure passes our Audit Gate: it must match your saved records or the figures you typed. If it can’t be verified, the message is held and you are asked instead.

Does HisabKitab file my VAT return?+

No. You file on the IRD portal yourself. HisabKitab prepares the working and keeps a record of when you told it you filed. It never asks for your IRD login.

What if I asked for the wrong PDF?+

Say "stop". If you want the exact earlier file again, say "send the same PDF again". For today’s figures, ask for the report fresh.

Who can see my books?+

Only your business and the team members you add, each with the role you chose. Every business’s data is isolated from every other.
